Delhi,- In a tragic turn of events, the Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi has been severely impacted by flooding, resulting in the unfortunate deaths of three aspirants. The incident has sparked outrage and grief within the community, leading to the arrest of five more individuals in connection with the tragedy. Heavy rains and subsequent flooding in the area led to a disastrous situation at the prestigious Rau's IAS Study Circle, a well-known coaching center for civil service aspirants. The incident happened at 6:35 pm on Saturday after rainwater filled the basement of the coaching centre. The police and the fire department officials received a call around 7:10 pm. Water was immediately pumped out from the basement, but an NDRF team had to be called as the rescuers needed divers to reach the students.
